Sesame is a product of Evolved Group, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”) that enables Claude to interact with your Gmail account via the Gmail API. By connecting your Gmail account you agree to these terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum digital age of consent in your jurisdiction) to use this service. By using Sesame, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Sesame is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your access credentials, resell access, or use the service in any way that violates Google's API Terms of Service or Terms of Service.
Sesame acts as a bridge between Claude and the Gmail API. When you connect your Gmail account, Claude can perform Gmail actions on your behalf — such as reading, searching, drafting, or sending emails — depending on the permission tier you selected.
All actions taken in Gmail are initiated by you through Claude. You are responsible for any emails sent or other actions performed via this service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Evolved Group, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to unintended emails sent, data loss, or service interruptions. This service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
You can disconnect at any time by visiting Google Account Connections. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. For EEA/UK users, mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction also apply and are not affected by this clause.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
